Refunds and Returns Policy
At Ketogrocer.my, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right.
We accept returns of non-perishable items that are unopened and in their original condition. Perishable items such as fresh or frozen foods cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned items, minus any shipping charges. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage or defect before we can process a refund or replacement.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
