This keto fettuccine recipe offers a creative way to enjoy a pasta-like dish on a keto diet, using hard-boiled egg whites and xanthan gum to form a noodle-like consistency.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups filtered water

  • 2 hard-boiled egg whites (80-85g)

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum

  • 2 tbsp sodium alginate

Directions

  • Making the Keto Fettuccine
  • Start on low speed with three cups of filtered water in the blender, followed by two hard-boiled egg whites and sea salt. (02:02-02:15)
  • Add xanthan gum and sodium alginate and follow the same instructions as the other noodle recipes. (02:22-02:26)
  • Preparing the Calcium Bath
  • To prepare the calcium bath, add 1 tablespoon of calcium chloride or calcium lactate to 7 cups of water. Mix well until dissolved. (02:47-02:59)
