Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast

  • ¼ onion

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Seasoning Mixture
  • Salt (preferably pink salt)

  • Ground turmeric

  • Ground cinnamon

  • Ground ginger

  • Chili powder

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1½ tablespoons tomato paste

Directions

  • Chop the onion and mince the garlic. (01:32-01:41)
  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. (01:41-02:01)
  • Mix the seasoning mixture and coat the chicken generously. (01:57-02:26)
  • In a pan, melt two tablespoons of butter and sauté the garlic and onion until translucent. (02:31-02:56)
