Ingredients
3 packets konjac noodles or angel hair
1 kg medium-sized shrimps (deveined)
1 cup chicken stock
½ cup minced garlic
A bunch of coriander (chopped)
Additional coriander for topping
Parmesan cheese for topping
Salt & pepper to taste
Red chili flakes (optional)
Chicken stock powder (optional)
Directions
- Prepare konjac noodles as per the instructions on the packaging.
- In a pan, stir fry the minced garlic and red chili flakes (if using) with cooking oil until fragrant. Add the shrimps and sauté briefly. Then add the konjac noodles, chicken stock, seasonings, and coriander. Mix everything evenly.
- Serve the dish and garnish with parmesan cheese and additional coriander.
