Ingredients
3 cups filtered water
3 tsbp egg white powder
½ tsp sea salt
2 tbsp sodium alginate
½ tsp xanthan gum
Directions
- Start on low speed with three cups of filtered water in the blender, followed by the egg white powder and sea salt. (01:12-01:28)
- Add sodium alginate last after all the other ingredients are well mixed together. Increase the speed to high and blend for three minutes. The mixture will thicken and then thin out as the temperature rises. (01:36-01:43)
