This Low Carb Stir Fried Noodles recipe is a quick and easy dish that takes only 5 minutes to cook. It’s perfect for using leftover ingredients from the fridge and freezer. The dish is not only low in carbs but also high in flavour, making it a great option for those on a keto diet.

  • 2 packets konjac noodles

  • 30 to 50 ml coconut oil (or any keto-friendly oil)

  • 2 to 3 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 cup BBQ and roast pork (cubed) or any meat of your choice

  • 1 cup medium shrimps

  • 2 to 4 tbsp soy sauce, tamari, or liquid amino

  • 2 to 3 tbsp fish sauce

  • White pepper (optional)

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1 cup carrot strips

  • ½ cup spring onions

  • 1 fresh red chilli (optional)

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil


  • Preparing the Noodles
  • Drain the konjac noodles. (00:38)
  • Pan fry the noodles without oil until squeaky to remove excess water. Transfer to a plate and set aside. (00:49-01:06)
  • Making the Stir Fry
  • Heat 30 to 50 ml of coconut oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and stir fry until fragrant. (01:15-01:22)
  • Add cubed BBQ and roast pork or any meat of your choice. Stir fry for a while. (01:22-01:32)
  • Add medium shrimps and cook for a while. (01:32-01:41)
  • Add the prepared noodles and mix to combine. (01:41-01:52)
  • Add soy sauce, tamari, or liquid amino, and fish sauce. Optionally, add white pepper. (01:52-02:05)
  • Add shredded cabbage and carrot strips. Stir fry for a while. (02:12-02:25)
  • Add spring onions and mix well. Optionally, add a fresh red chilli. (02:25-02:34)
  • Turn off the heat and drizzle with 1 tbsp of sesame oil. Mix well. (02:42-02:50)
